At the heart of our sourcing and manufacturing

Transparency, sustainability and social good are at the very heart of our sourcing and manufacturing program. We work tirelessly to identify and secure facilities and suppliers that can meet our strict requirements and share our goals.

And, in most cases, this doesn’t even add cost thanks to our supply chain expertise and hyper-efficient processes.

Don’t waste time chasing designers, suppliers, or factories, worrying about dubious materials, constantly following up on timelines, or discovering exact copies of your designs on the black market.

We have you covered from start to finish, saving you valuable time, money — and worry.

Investing in social good

The history of mineral extraction and jewelry manufacture and trade is often a disturbing one. The team at Insider Creations is committed to leveraging new and existing systems and practices to ensure that our suppliers, employees, customers and the communities that support them are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. This commitment includes lifting up communities too long mistreated by our industry.

To this end, we maintain the highest standards and adhere to strict guidelines. Our regular audits cover everything from healthcare to intellectual property protections, personnel safety and supply chain transparency.

Though we adhere to both internal and external standards and practices specific to jewelry, our overarching commitment is guided by the UN Global Compact, focused on human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption.

Engaging in sustainable practices

Our commitment to sustainability encompasses every element of the supply chain, from the mine to the factory to the office and even to the consumer packaging that carries each piece.

We pride ourselves in the relationships we have with trusted partners around the world. Facilities not directly managed by Insider Creations must undergo regular audits to ensure compliance with our strict standards. Our job, after all, is to ensure that customers receive the highest-quality pieces that effortlessly reflect their brand and values.

Unique solutions to unique requirements

We are proud of our solution-oriented customer team. We take our partnership with our customers seriously, and when they bring unique sustainability requests, our first step is always to find a way to make it happen.

Some requests are easy: lab-grown diamonds are a common request, so we’ve identified a partner able to provide environmentally friendly lab-grown diamonds at very reasonable prices. Likewise, our New York facility now uses 100% recycled gold. Other requests keep our sourcing team busy. One customer asked us to use only plastics sourced from ocean waste in their collection. Thanks to our extensive industry connections, we were able to make it work.

We also offer one of the industry’s most advanced traceability programs for customers who require it.

Does this impact my costs?

It’s important to note that these requirements don’t necessarily add cost. Indeed, the process of achieving certification or meeting some standards actually increases our internal efficiency or provides opportunities we wouldn’t have had otherwise. For example, many clients are surprised to learn that our optional lab-made diamonds can cost as much as a third less and avoid some of the potential complications of mined diamonds.
